I am a solo practitioner with an office in Avon, Connecticut. I am not a “general practice attorney". My focus is Estate Planning and Probate Administration. Why have I chosen to focus on these areas? The answer is quite simple – I enjoy people and I especially enjoy helping people plan for their future and assist them during difficult periods in their lives. I realize that estate planning is the last thing that most people want to think about and I understand the reasons why. My goal is to help people overcome their resistance and learn that there is tremendous satisfaction in knowing that you have (finally) “put your affairs in order”. I also understand that dealing with probate matters is very complex and unsettling for most people. I will help you through that, and will do so with compassion and sensitivity. When you are working with my firm, you are working with ME. I promise you will have my full attention and I will keep you fully informed at every step of the way.

I have an unusually diverse background for an attorney. This has helped me relate to and work well with all manner of people regardless of background, interest, orientation and personal history. I consider it a privilege to help you and work with you on whatever your own individual journey may be.

I am a graduate of the University of Connecticut, School of Law, where I graduated with numerous awards for academic excellence and legal research and writing and I am an active member of the Connecticut Bar Association and the Litchfield County Bar Association
